Rafał Tyński e176d0c211 feat(client): add English default and Ukrainian language with switcher

Default language is English; detect the browser language (Polish -> pl, Ukrainian -> uk, otherwise en) and persist the user choice. Add full Ukrainian (Cyrillic) translations, a language switcher showing native endonyms, and keep vue-i18n, Vuetify locale, <html lang> and document.title in sync.

TarninaHub — frontend (client)

Aplikacja SPA: Vue 3 + TypeScript + Vite + Vuetify 4, z routingiem (vue-router), stanem (pinia) i i18n (vue-i18n). Fundament dostępności WCAG 2.1 AA (senior-friendly).

Konfiguracja

Skopiuj .env.example do .env i ustaw w razie potrzeby:

VITE_API_BASE_URL — bazowy adres API (pusty = ten sam origin; w dev proxy Vite),
VITE_SURREAL_* — lokalna (WASM/IndexedDB) i zdalna baza SurrealDB.
