Add vue-router routes with accessible navigation (document title + focus management), Pinia session store, vue-i18n (PL/EN) and the default layout. Replace the landing page with routed views and remove the old MainView.

Konfiguracja
Skopiuj .env.example do .env i ustaw w razie potrzeby:
VITE_API_BASE_URL— bazowy adres API (pusty = ten sam origin; w dev proxy Vite),VITE_SURREAL_*— lokalna (WASM/IndexedDB) i zdalna baza SurrealDB.
