Add vue-router routes with accessible navigation (document title + focus management), Pinia session store, vue-i18n (PL/EN) and the default layout. Replace the landing page with routed views and remove the old MainView.

# TarninaHub — frontend (client)

Aplikacja SPA: **Vue 3 + TypeScript + Vite + Vuetify 4**, z routingiem (`vue-router`), stanem (`pinia`) i i18n (`vue-i18n`). Fundament dostępności WCAG 2.1 AA (senior-friendly).

## Konfiguracja
|
|
|
|
Skopiuj `.env.example` do `.env` i ustaw w razie potrzeby:
|
|
|
|
- `VITE_API_BASE_URL` — bazowy adres API (pusty = ten sam origin; w dev proxy Vite),
|
|
- `VITE_SURREAL_*` — lokalna (WASM/IndexedDB) i zdalna baza SurrealDB.
|
|
|
|
